  • Premium Ceramic Carbonation Stone: Includes a 16" 0.5 micron ceramic stone with a 15" porous section, ensuring excellent gas diffusion for precise carbonation control. 
    • Note: When using our Ceramic Carbonation Stones we also recommend separately purchasing our Ultrasonic Stone Cleaner to ensure optimal performance and longevity. 
  • Built-In Thermowell: The integrated thermowell is positioned at the point of CO₂ dissolution, providing accurate temperature readings for optimal carbonation conditions.
  • Enhanced Carbonation Efficiency: Designed to help brewers optimize CO₂ use, improve carbonation consistency, and reduce both time and costs.
  • Versatile Compatibility: Works seamlessly with FizzWizz systems and a variety of tank sizes.
  • Easy Maintenance: Includes a cleaning brush, FDA-approved lubricant, five stainless steel cotter pins, and eight spare O-rings for quick, efficient upkeep. We also recommend using our ultrasonic cleaner for deep cleaning of the ceramic stones.
