Do you ship internationally?

Yes! BrewWizz ships worldwide. If your country isn’t listed during checkout, just reach out to us at info@brewwizz.com and we’ll gladly try to arrange it manually.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on location and order size. Final rates will be calculated at checkout. For custom orders or bulk shipments, feel free to contact us for a quote. Please note, any orders that ship with a FizzWizz purchase will be entirely free shipping!

 

What are the estimated delivery times?

North America: Orders typically arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.

International: Most shipments arrive within 1–2 weeks but on rare occasions it can take 3.

If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please let us know—we’re happy to look into it or you can contact the shipper directly for the most up-to-date information.

 

How long does it take to process an order before shipping?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

 

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We select the most efficient and reliable shipping provider based on your region. This may vary by destination.

 

Can I choose my preferred carrier?

Not at this time. We work with multiple carriers and always select the one that offers the best value and speed for your location.

 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a separate confirmation email with your tracking number. This is different from your initial order confirmation email.

 

How are duties, taxes, and customs handled?

Canada: No duties or customs fees. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

International: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in our product pricing or shipping fees. While not all shipments incur these charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order. If you have relevant information or tips for shipping into your country, feel free to email us at info@brewwizz.com—we’ll do our best to accommodate it, but please note that BrewWizz cannot be held responsible for any customs charges that may still apply.
